Telecom Technician - Onsite Support

Will start as a contract, but is likely to go perm after 6 months.

Serves as onsite smart hands and eyes support for engineers. Onsite tasks include supporting and maintaining a CS2100 PBX system and Cisco VOIP systems. Responsible for assisting in the installation, modification, testing and servicing of voice and/or data communication/ telecommunication CPE equipment.

Responsibilities will also include performing telecom moves, adds and changes ( MAC ), cross connects. Trouble ticket and ability to document work performed.

Experience Needed:

Nortel 2100 / CS2100 and Cisco VOIP / Cisco Cm
