Contract

Contract positions can last for as little as one day or as long as one year or more. You pay only for the hours our technical contractor works and will be invoiced weekly for those hours. When the work is complete, you can assign our contractor new projects, request another person for other projects or send the contractor back to The Ascendant Group for reassignment. Contract positions allow you to easily control your costs by paying only for the expertise you need without all the training or up to speed time.

Contract-to-Perm

Contract-to-Perm positions are a perfect way to “test drive” the candidate to make sure they are a perfect fit before offering them permanent employment with your company. We do not charge fee’s to convert our contract-to-perm candidates to full-time employees of your company.

Direct-Hire

Direct-Hire positions allow you hire the right candidate directly into a full-time position with your company without tying up company resources in sourcing and recruiting efforts.

We interview all candidates, thoroughly evaluate their technical skills, and perform all screening, reference and background checks prior to showing their resume and representing them.

As a result of this thorough screening process, we are able to guarantee all of our people whether in a contract, contract-to-perm or direct-hire position.
